The User Activity Report provides a concise listing of the clients viewed by a user within a given date range. Each record in the report also contains an Activity Type (i.e. login, next, search) and Productivity Type (i.e. viewed, pushed ahead, advanced or effective) to represent the work done for the client.
When a client is viewed the productivity type is set to 'Viewed.' If the user updates the follow-up date of the delinquent loan and enters a follow-up note with an effective Call Type, the productivity is set to 'Effective.' If the user only updates the follow-up date of a delinquent loan and enters a follow-up note using an ineffective Call Type, the productivity is set to 'Advanced.' If the user only updates the follow-up date of the delinquent loan and clicks 'Next,' the productivity type is set to 'Pushed Ahead.'
Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.
- Select User Activity Detail from the Reports tab.
- Click Run Report.
- The report will be generated for all users in the current month.
- If you wish you can adjust the date range and users.
- Click View Report.
- If you want to print, save or export the report, select a report destination.

- Branch
- Client Number
- Client Name
- Client Group and Subgroup
- Activity Type
